The Pet Care Club of Seattle uses Time To Pet — an easy, all-in-one platform that keeps you connected! You can communicate with your care team members, request services, receive detailed updates after each service that include photos, manage your schedule and pets’ care, plus so much more!

Whether you prefer using the mobile app or accessing your client portal on a desktop,
you’ll find everything you need to quickly and conveniently navigate the app and portal below.

 

📱 Getting Started With The App & Logging In

Download the app: Search “Time To Pet” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or use the links below and download it to your device.

  • Log in: Use the same email and password associated with your Pet Care Club account.
    • For New Clients: You can create an account or ask our Client Experience Team to send a welcome email that will include an activation link!
    • For Current/Returning Clients: If you previously had an account in our system, we have transferred your information! To activate your account, visit https://www.timetopet.com/portal/activate, enter your email address, and click “Send Activation Email”. You’ll receive an email with a link to activate your account.

Explore your dashboard: Once logged in, you’ll land on your home screen — here you’ll see everything from your conversation feed to scheduling, invoices, pet information, and more.

 

🐕 Using The App

💬 Communication:
Use the Conversation Feed to message your Pet Care Club Team directly. You can send updates, ask questions, or check in while your Best Fetch! Furiend is in our care. Click here for more info! 

📋 My Info:
Update your contact details, household information, and pet profiles anytime under “My Info.” Keeping this current ensures our team always has accurate details for your pets. 

📅 Scheduling:
Head to “Scheduling” to view upcoming visits or request new services.

🐾 Please note the following:

  • Requests must be reviewed and confirmed by The Pet Care Club of Seattle before they’re officially booked.
  • If you would like to include any add-on services to your request, please make sure to mention it to the office directly or include the details in the “notes” section of your request.

If you’d like to set up ongoing dog walking experiences or adventures, just let our main office know! We’ll create a recurring schedule so you can sit back and relax — your pet’s routine is always covered.

💳 Invoices & Payments:
Under “Invoices,” you can review, download, and pay any open invoices.
In the “Payment Methods” section, you can add, edit, or remove your payment information anytime.

⚙️ Settings:
Manage app preferences, notifications, and account settings in the “Settings” section.

💻 Accessing The Client Portal On Desktop

Prefer a larger screen? You can log in to your account anytime on your computer using the same credentials as the app.

Your desktop portal has the same features as the mobile app — including scheduling, communication, invoices, profile, and pet information management, and more!
