Absolutely! We offer different types of Meet & Greets for clients at a small charge.

Virtual Meet & Greet: Up to 15-minutes with a Care Team Representative who is trained to ask all the right questions and ensure the information is relayed and accessible for your designated team members.
In-Person Meet & Greet: If you or your pet(s) prefer a more personal touch, one of our Care Team Representatives will meet with you and your fur babies for up to 30-minutes.
Meet & Walk: For dogs who are more shy or reserved around new people, we’ve found that having the owner join us for a Meet & Walk creates familiarity and comfort, making your pup see us as part of their pack. Meet & Walks typically last 60-minutes.

We’re committed to building trust and ensuring a positive experience from the very beginning!

We offer a range of tailored services that we encourage our clients to mix and match to create their pups ulti-mutt schedule each week! This includes your basic dog walk, but we also offer experiences, excursions, adventure hikes, and more. We understand that every dog is unique, with their own personality, energy level, and preferences. That’s why we believe in providing personalized care and enrichment-focused services to ensure every dog has their physical, mental, and instinctual needs met on a daily basis. Our experienced team takes the time to learn about your dog and recommend services that addresses their specific needs. Whether it’s a leisurely walk, engaging playtime, or exciting hikes in nature, we are dedicated to creating customized experiences that keep your dog happy, healthy, and fulfilled!

Our “Interactive” Cat Visit includes spending a portion of the visit focusing on engaging playtime to stimulate our frisky Best Feline Fur-Friends and promote activity. We will use their favorite toys and make sure they are fully engaged while we are caring for them.

Of course, we offer a Classic Cat Visit for all the kitties that are more independent and simply require basic needs.

*Both services include litterbox cleaning, brushing, freshening water, feeding, and small household duties.

You can submit a request service form, call or text us at 206.448.5854, email us at clientexperience@yourpetcareclub.com, or send a request through the Precise Petcare client portal. Our Client Experience Coordinators are here to help every step of the way!

*Please note that all bookings, schedule changes, and cancellations must go through the main office rather than directly with your care team, and we’ll confirm them in writing within one business day.

Safety is our top priority for your pets! To ensure we have the correct size, we require clients to provide us with a seat belt, harness, or crate to ensure that your pup gets to and from their adventures safely. We cannot provide the service unless one of the options listed is provided.

We work with many dogs with different needs, including dogs with leash reactivity, fear, or other behavior challenges. Our Behavior & Enrichment Membership was built for exactly these dogs: every walk is an R+ walk, led by a trained Canine Behavior & Enrichment Specialist using positive reinforcement, force-free care, and low-stress, Fear Free–focused handling.

Every dog starts with a consultation so we can make sure our services are a safe fit. Please tell us about any bite history, resource guarding, or reactivity before care begins. Sharing your dog’s hard days never disqualifies them; it’s how we build a plan that works. If a dog’s needs go beyond what walk-based care can safely support, we’ll tell you honestly and help connect you with our trainer or a qualified behavior professional.

Yes we do! We have an amazing certified dog trainer on staff who would love to meet you and your pup!

We ask that clients provide all of the tools necessary to care for our BFFs (Best Furry Friends!), including waste bags, a properly fitting harness or collar with current ID, and a leash. For safety, our team only gives treats that clients supply themselves, since many pets have allergies to certain ingredients.

For Behavior & Enrichment Membership walks, we provide the leash and a treat pouch. You supply your dog’s favorite treats and a properly fitting Y-harness.

We like to do things a little differently at The Pet Care Club Of Seattle, which is why offer a Paw Stamp Rewards Program!🌟🐾 Once you’ve signed up and completed 20 eligible services, you’ll earn a free service on us!

We require a lockbox or digital entry, such as a smart lock or keypad, for entry to your home. It protects your home and removes the risks that come with physical keys traveling across the city. For safety, we encourage clients to place lockboxes in an inconspicuous spot rather than on the front door. You can find lockboxes at reasonable prices at any home improvement store.

Tier 3 Behavior & Enrichment members receive a lockbox at no cost when they enroll, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 members may purchase one through us at cost.

*If you live in an apartment or condo and have restrictions around this requirement, just let us know, and we’ll discuss alternatives with you.

If you are not able to have a lockbox because you live in an apartment or condo, we can utilize your leasing office (if there’s on in your building) to serve as a central location to leave the key. Our team members are required to wear badges and can prove their identity to check out the keys. If that is not an option, we ask for multiple copies of the keys. One for each of the providers assigned to your service, and one for the office in the event of an emergency.

Yes. We understand that some pets may have special needs or require medications. Our caring team is experienced in administering medications and providing limited specialized care, ensuring your pet’s well-being and comfort. A surcharge is added to visits as needed and is priced depending on what is needed.

Our specialists walk in typical Seattle weather, adjusting for your pet’s comfort. In severe weather (heavy rain, lightning, extreme heat, snow, ice, or poor air quality) or other unsafe conditions, we may shorten outdoor time or replace it with indoor play and enrichment. If conditions make it unsafe to reach your home, we’ll contact you or your emergency contact so other arrangements can be made.

If we have to cancel a visit, you won’t be charged for it. Where we can, we’ll offer a substitute or make-up visit; otherwise we’ll credit your account or refund the visit, as outlined in your Service & Care Agreement. A visit we shorten or modify for safety is still charged.

Please give us an inclement weather emergency contact who can easily check on your pets if we can’t reach your home. They should be able to walk to your home and have working keys. We also ask that you keep steps and walkways clear of ice, snow, and debris, and designate a neighbor to do so when you’re traveling.

We will do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings, but aren’t able to guarantee coverage.

Holidays are our busiest time of year! We offer dog walking and pet sitting services 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Recurring Behavior & Enrichment Membership walks and Classic Walk Bundle walks pause on our designated holidays: New Year’s Day, MLK Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples’ Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, the Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve. Need care on one of those days? Request an On-Demand visit. Holiday surcharges apply, and these dates fill fast, so book early.

Our cancellation policy depends on the service. Full details are in our Service & Care Agreement.

Behavior & Enrichment Memberships: Walks you skip or cancel aren’t credited, because your days and time window stay reserved for your dog. You can cancel your membership with 30 days’ written notice by email, and Membership Pause and Schedule Hold options are available with 10 days’ notice before your billing date.

Classic Walk Bundles: Bundle walks aren’t cancelled. With at least 24 hours’ notice, you can move one walk per week to the current or following service week, subject to availability. With less than 24 hours’ notice, that walk is used. Vacation pauses require 14 days’ notice.

On-Demand walks: You can withdraw a request at no charge until we confirm it. Once confirmed, the visit is charged in full.

Cat sitting and small pet visits: Cancel more than 72 hours before the visit (7 days starting January 1, 2027), or 14 days before a visit on a designated holiday, at no charge. Inside that window, visits are charged at 100%.

Vacation care (Almost-Overnights, private boarding, and vacation visits): Please give 14 days’ notice to cancel without a balance charge. Deposits are refunded with 21 or more days’ notice, issued as account credit with 14 to 20 days’ notice, and forfeited with less than 14 days’ notice. Vacation and cat services booked within 48 hours of the start date require a non-refundable 50% payment upfront.

Dog training: Cancel or reschedule at least 14 days before the session. Later cancellations are charged in full.

Consultations: We’re happy to reschedule. A cancellation fee may apply, as stated in your booking confirmation.
