Most add-ons fit right into your scheduled visit, while others can be booked with extra time for focused attention and extra tasks.
**Important Note: If you would like to include any add-ons for your services, please make sure to let the office know directly and/or list them in the “Notes” section of your request to ensure they are not missed.

Extra Pet Fees
Extra Pet Fee Policy
We understand that your pets are part of your family, and we’re committed to providing each of them with the individualized care they deserve. To ensure this, we charge an extra pet fee for households with multiple pets, which will be visible on your invoice.
The fee varies depending on the type and length of the service. This helps us allocate the necessary time, attention, and resources to care for each additional pet properly, ensuring their safety, comfort, and happiness.

Surcharges
Surcharge Policy
The fee varies depending on the type and length of the service. This helps us ensure we are properly staffed, our employees are compensated fairly, and we have more availability to offer overall.
Why Do We Include Surcharges?
Our surcharge is in place per industry standard for high-traffic calendar dates and times. This helps us maintain compentative pay rates and retain our outstanding and experienced professional pet sitters.
Below are the surcharges we have in place:
- Holiday Premiums
- Depending on the holiday and service type, surcharges may vary. They will be visible on your invoice for reference, and are starting at $15 for Standard Holidays.
- Early Morning/Late Evening, Last-Minute Booking, and Weekend Surcharges.
- Early Morning, Late Evening, and Last-Minute surcharges are starting at $10 in addition to your base service. The Weekend Surcharge will vary based on the number of visits booked per day.
