Membership Pause vs. Schedule Hold: A Pause preserves your rate and member status while your recurring days return to the schedule; when you return, you have first priority for the next opening in your neighborhood, and we honor your original days and time window as soon as it’s available. A Schedule Hold keeps your exact days, time window, and Care Team reserved, which is why it’s priced close to a full month of service. Both require 10 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.
* Private Trail Hike Upgrade: Available only to Tier 3 members on the 60-minute walk level. One regularly scheduled membership walk per quarter may be upgraded to a Private Trail Hike Adventure. Members on the 20-, 30-, or 45-minute levels aren’t eligible.
