Payment Process!

Our payment process is simple – Just enter your billing info when creating your account (debit, credit, or ACH), and the rest is taken care of! For ongoing Dog Walks, payments are processed weekly on Sundays. For Vacation Services, payments are processed two days after the last service. 

Our system allows you to add a tip once you receive your invoice or you can set up an auto-tip in your account settings! 

Paw Stamp Rewards Card!

Optional – All of our clients are welcome to sign-up for our Paw Stamp Rewards Card.  You will receive a “paw” stamp for each completed service and earn free services on us!

*Restrictions apply, so make sure to check out the Terms & Conditions when you sign-up for your rewards card!

Our Team Approach

Our coverage process is structured on a collaborative, team-based approach. Your pets benefit from a collective pool of knowledge, reliability, and consistency, while also receiving structured socialization and coverage when you need it – no matter what!

We take all the details we’ve collected about your pet’s individual needs into consideration to carefully match team members to your services based on location, skills, and experience to ensure the best experience for our furry club members. Many of our clients have provided feedback on their personal experiences with our team approach, and it has made our tails wag with delight! Shy kitties are becoming more social, timid pups are developing trust, and so much more!

Meet & Greets

Care Team Representatives

Our Care Team Representatives are trained to collect all the information necessary during in-person or virtual Meet & Greets to ensure you and your pets receive the highest quality of service! Creating this team has helped us streamline the process to ensure a seamless experience for our clients, their pets, and any team member assigned to your Care or Walking Team. Once the information is collected, the Care Team Representatives will collaborate with your team to ensure everyone is on the same page when your services begin - an unmatched benefit we work hard to deliver!

In-Person Meet & Greets

We understand that in some cases, the Care Team Representative approach may not be the best for for your pets' needs. Our In-Person Meet & Greets are perfect for new or current clients who have shy or timid pets who require a slower or face-to-face introduction. For our doggy clients, we highly recommend a Meet & Walk, so owners can accompany us on a short stroll around the neighborhood and provide the opportunity for your pup to see us as part of their pack. In-person Meet & Greets typically take 30-minutes and include a small fee.

Virtual (Video) Meet & Greets

Virtual Meet & Greets are conducted through a Google Meet video call with a Care Team Representative or a member of our Client Experience Team. We will coordinate a day and time and share the link with you ahead of time, so we're all set for our call together! This process will mirror an in-person meet and greet - you're welcome to show us around virtually and provide any necessary details that should be shared amongst your Care or Walking Team. Virtual Meet & Greets typically take 15-Minutes and include a small fee.

In addition to our service offerings, we provide a variety of add-on services to help customize you and your pet’s experience even further!

Daily Journal Reports

It’s important for us to ensure that pet-parents are updated every step of the way! 

 

After each service, our team members provide a detailed report including a written description, a checklist of the tasks completed, a GPS Map, and photos to ensure you don’t miss a beat. Our goal is to always create a personalized experience for you and your pets with each service. Not only is this feature is a “favorite” amongst our clients, it also provides transparency and need-to-know information so club members are always in the loop, even when they’re away from home or busy with work. We PAW-mise, you will look forward to receiving our daily updates! 

Journals will be sent via email at the completion of each pet care or dog walking service, but you can also find them in the app by viewing the details of the specific visit you wish to review.
